Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cup flour
- 2 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 16oz can of pumpkin
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine dry ingredients
- In a separate bowl combine the pumpkin and oil
- Beat in eggs one at a time
- Then add dry ingredients
- Stir just until the dry ingredients are moistened
- Add chocolate chips
- Pour into greased muffin tins
- Bake for 20 minutes or until tester comes out clean
