Potatoes O’Brien

Ingredients
- 2-24 oz bags of O’Brien Orieda potato bags
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cup sour cream
- 2 cup corn flakes
Directions
- Thaw potatoes
- Combine all ingredients except butter and corn flakes
- Place in 9 x 13 inch pan greased
- Mix melted butter and corn flakes, then top the pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes
- This serves 12 to 16 people
