    Potatoes O’Brienpotatoes-obrien

    Ingredients

    • 2-24 oz bags of O’Brien Orieda potato bags
    • 1/2 cup melted butter
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 2 cup grated cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 2 cup sour cream
    • 2 cup corn flakes

    Directions

    1. Thaw potatoes
    2. Combine all ingredients except butter and corn flakes
    3. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan greased
    4. Mix melted butter and corn flakes, then top the pan
    5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes
    6. This serves 12 to 16 people

    Layered Beef & Vegetable Casserole

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 lbs of ground beef
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 1 cup green pepper (chopped)
    • 2 tsp salt
    • 2-3 potatoes (peeled & sliced)
    • 1 cup thinly sliced carrots (coins)
    • 1/3 cup long grain rice (uncooked)
    • 1 28oz can of crushed tomatoes

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    2. Saute ground beef, onions, and green peppers together until beef is browned
    3. Drain Fat, add salt mix well
    4. Place sliced potatoes in bottom of 2 1/2 quart baking dish
    5. Alternate layers of carrots, rice, and meat
    6. Pour crushed tomatoes over casserole, cover
    7. Bake for 2 hours
