    Artichoke Dip

    Ingredients

    • 14 oz can artichoke hearts
    • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tsp green onion
    • dash garlic salt
    • black pepper
    • 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed, drained, and chopped
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    Directions

    1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
    2. Mix together first 7 ingredients and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
    3. Place in 1 1/2 quart baking dish and top with remaining cheese
    4. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until light brown and bubbly
    5. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips

    Party Ham Sandwiches

    Ingredients

    • 3/4 cup melted butter
    • 1 1/2 tbsp poppy seeds
    • 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tsp dried onion
    • 1 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
    • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 2 packages of Hawaiian bread rolls
    • swiss cheese
    • shaved ham

    Directions

    1. Mix first 6 ingredients into a bowl
    2. Cut Hawaiian rolls in half
    3. Spread mixture from bowl onto bread
    4. Place ham and swiss cheese slice on each roll
    5. Wrap rolls in tin foil
    6. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
    7. Serve

    Ingredients

    • 1 green pepper (chopped)
    • 1 red pepper
    • 1 jalapeno
    • 2 green onions
    • 1 can black beans (drained)
    • 1 can corn (drained)
    • 1/2 red onion
    • cilantro (chopped)
    • 1/2 cup lime juice
    • 1/2 cup olive oil
    • 1/2 cup salsa
    • 1 tsp cumin
    • 1 tsp salt

    Directions

    1. Chop all fresh ingredients and combine
    2. Add canned ingredients to fresh
    3. Mix all remaining ingredients and serve

    Chicken Stars

    Ingredients:

    • 3 chicken breasts
    • 1 pack of wonton wrappers
    • 1 small can of chopped olives (jalepenos, etc. your choice)
    • block of colby jack
    • block of monterrey jack
    • ranch dressing

    Directions:

    1. Place wonton wrappers in a muffin pan.
    2. Bake at 250 degrees for approximately 6 minutes
    3. Boil chicken breasts until cooked thoroughly
    4. Shred chicken, cheese, and mix together
    5. Add olives, and ranch dressing to mix
    6. Scoop mixture into wonton cups
    7. Bake on cookie sheet for about 8 minutes or until cheese is melted
