Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 14 oz can artichoke hearts
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp green onion
- dash garlic salt
- black pepper
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed, drained, and chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix together first 7 ingredients and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
- Place in 1 1/2 quart baking dish and top with remaining cheese
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until light brown and bubbly
- Serve with crackers or tortilla chips
