Perry’s Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/8 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

Directions

  1. Soak oats in milk for 5 minutes
  2. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly
  3. Sprinkle poppy seeds and sesame seed on griddle before pouring batter
