East West Bakery Cheesecake

  • 3 – 8oz packages of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 – 9inch graham cracker crusts


  1. Cream together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth
  2. Add sugar and eggs and mix until creamy
  3. Mix in vanilla and lemon juice
  4. Pour into crusts and bake at 325 degrees until top is set and has a jell-like feel, top should not brown
  5. Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
